Can you recycle candles & wax?

Candle wax (paraffin or soy) isn't recyclable — general waste. The containers are: freeze the jar to pop out remaining wax, wash it, then glass jars go in glass recycling and metal tins with metals. Wicks and trimmings: general waste.
