Can you recycle plastic parcel bags & mailers?

Grey/black poly mailers are LDPE film — recyclable with carrier bags at supermarket collection points, and kerbside where your council has started film collection (all English councils by March 2027). Paper mailers go with card. Padded 'bubble' mailers are mixed material: general waste unless paper-padded.
