Can you recycle glass from picture frames?

Picture-frame glass is thin flat glass, not container glass, so it can't go in your glass recycling or bottle bank. Wrap broken frame glass and put it in general waste. Wooden or metal frames can be donated if intact, or the metal recycled at a recycling centre; take large amounts of frame glass to the flat-glass/rubble skip at your local site.
